  Annual Unvented Cylinder Service

  Great and speedy initial communication via email which provided a quote and timeframe, being able to fit me in the following day at my request. Turned up within the time window and carried out the service with no issues, offering additional help for some of my questions. No additional costs - based on the cylinder as opposed to anything else. Would recommend and use them again for my yearly service!

  The hot water cylinder installed in 1976 began to leak at the joints and the insulation was always poor resulting in heat loss to where not wanted. We purchased an OSO 150 litre unvented replacement largely due to the good insulation. We selected London Plumbing to carry out the installation. They did so in one day removing old cylinder and much pipework. The new system has the added advantage of high pressure throughout and an energy saving estimated as more that a pound a day. The higher pressure exposed some weaknesses in the existing system that London Plumbing fixed 4 days later,

  The London Plumbing Company were arrived on time, were knowledgeable and efficient and I would use them again. Their charge was competitive. I have no hestitation in recommending them.

  Called LPC because of a water leak into the kitchen (old corroded pipe tucked away in the bathroom above the kitchen). Very rapid response (several other plumbing companies have yet to return my calls!!!), efficient telephone answering by a real person rather than answer machine, and came out within an hour. The staff were very friendly and helpful, very efficient. LPC provided a level of care that I was not expecting (in a good way). The repair was not the easiest, but the price was very fair. No complaints at all. I strongly recommend them.
