Received outstanding service from start to finish. Although my appointment was initially set for the following day, he kindly adjusted his schedule to fit me in sooner, which I truly appreciated. Before confirming, he asked for a photo of the dripping tap and responded within minutes with a clear and very reasonable quote — not extortionate at all. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and replaced the kitchen tap with no additional cost beyond the agreed price. Professional, reliable, and transparent throughout. Highly recommended.

Russell from JBT plumbing came today he was so polite and got on with the job. I had a pop up plug in the bathroom basin which I hated never worked properly so Russell replaced it. I would recommend Russell to anyone who needs any plumbing or heating work done
