  Glen arrived on 28th January and carried out the work, changing a mixer tap from turn handle to an easier tap that just moves back and forward. as my wife was having trouble turning tap on. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend Armour-Tec Plumbing & Heating. Have put number in phone in case needed in future,

  Paul was a very friendly and knowledgeable, he gave us good advice, he gave us the choice of 2 Security Lights and his opinion on which was best. Gave us a Day & Time and he carried out the work. Very Happy with the work carried out and the way Paul kept to his agreement.

  Old alarm company closed down, needed a new alarm system

  James from JCL Fire & Security came out to look at the work needed, where others had gone big quotes and waits for fitting James came to my wife and I on Thursday 1st May, we were advised to upgrade and the system James offered us was really good. We have an App on phone, James also has access in case of a problem. Overall an amazing job, at night the outside cover lights up to let people know its on. The following day Friday 2nd May James arrived and fitted alarm for us.

  James came to see us on 30th April to inspect our Security System as our old company went out of business, as old system was 38 years old James recommended upgrading, he gave our home an inspection and gave us advice on upgrade, very good price alongvwith service contract. Upgraded unit for us today 2nd May, a great system and mobile app to use if needed, would highly recommend JCL Fire & Security Services, James was a very friendly and sociable person who kept us up to speed with what he was doing. Thanks James.

  New Loft Hatch & Ladder

  Our old hatch collapsed and we needed to replace, we looked at several different companies until we met Lofty Solutions. The estimator called and from the start of visit the atmosphere was totally different, he had a very manner, polite and knowledgeable, we were given a price for the work to be done which was very competitive. We agreed to the work being done and a few weeks later we had a brand new hatch and ladder, the quality was 100% better than the previous hatch & ladder, plus the life time guarantee gave us even more confidence in using Lofty Solutions.   New Loft Hatch and Ladder

  The team arrived on time, prepared the staircase with dust sheets and made sure all was right. We were given a price to change position of hatch but on the day the fitters recommended we eave position as it was or it could cause problems. Due to change in fitting Lofty Solutions returned the difference in cost immediately. On completion of work we were asked to come up and have a look at the work and given a demonstration of hatch lock, the area had been cleaned and left in immaculate condition. Would highly recommend this company.

  Supply and fit Security Lighting to rear of home

  We had a number electricians for this job, only 2 turned up, S&G were by far the best in that they gave an explanation of work to be done, the type of light that would be best and how they would carry out the work. Work carried out to a very high standard and cleanliness. Would highly recommend this business.

  To replace an existing hatch and ladder

  Arrived on time, very friendly, started work then found that the hatch could not be turned, the honest advice given was simple, if I turned hatch it would leave floor weak, I took the advice and the job was completed. Safe and sound. The team were very professional, all carpets covered and at the completion of work the place was left immaculate. Great company offering a service second to none. Would highly recommend this company.

  Work was a number of small jobs that no one else seemed to want to do, ORA came out had a look and gave a quote which I was happy to accept. Lift tiles from bathroom floor fit laminate and seal, repair window sills and lintels and paint, rear down comer repaired front guttering repaired, great job from a friendly and professional team.
