  Left in the lurch

  Glenn from Armour-Tec came at the pre-arranged time after I had described the problem in detail over the phone and sent over the requested pictures of our flue. I took the day off work to be there whilst the work was carried out. After assessing the situation for five minutes I was told he would have to go and get the required part (which I had already told him beforehand on the advice of another boiler repair company) and he would be back later in the week. He then disappeared and ignored all further calls and messages.

  extremely helpful and the guys who came were very friendly and sound. they did a full thorough job and now we have heating. They knew were without heating and moved jobs about to get to us. definitely recommend this company 👌 👍

  Refurbishing and stripping out part of an old bathroom.

  Glenn and Graeme were both extremely friendly and helpful and did a fantastic job for us. Communication was brilliant throughout. They gave us lots of advice but also really listened to how we wanted the job to run. They left everything super tidy too! We would definitely use Armour-Tec again and recommend them to others!

  Replacing two defective radiator thermostats

  The lads turned up on time, gave advice on how the heating system could be improved, without any pressure to have it carried out. Then carried out the agreed work very efficiently. Overall it was excellent.
