10 Boarding of loft and installation of new hatch and wooden ladder

The company were fantastic with communication and the 3 lads who came to do the work pitched up on time, worked all day and left the place clean and tidy. They made sure they demonstrated how best to use the hatch for safety and ensured I was happy with the job before leaving. Competitive quite against other companies we had quote us and no hard sell. Fantastic service from start to finish. Initial survey done by Simon, he was very friendly and professional, explained the packages to me and after leaving the quote came through very quickly and was able to have the works done just a few days later. They arrived on time to do the work, again very friendly and professional. Works completed quickly and to a high standard and they gave me a demonstration before they left.
