We had our loft boarded, strip light and a new hatch and ladder installed. From the start we were very impressed with communication and quote, no hard sell and happy to wait a few months before we booked in. I got a few quotes and they were all similar - I went with Lofty Solution because I liked the level of detail given, the lifetime guarantee and the fact they offered skimming over the old loft hatch as part of the service (the others didn’t).
