  Alarm repair

  James attended to repair our alarm . He sorted the problem quickly but the alarm was 35 +years old and James outlined the benefits of updating the system. We decided to go ahead and agreed a price. James arrived as agreed today and worked all morning to complete the work. He took great pride in his work and is clearly very experienced in his field. The work was completed by lunchtime, and James went through everything in detail including an App to access the alarm remotely. James is very efficient, clean worker and very personable.   Immediate response time my initial request. Received a call to discuss concern with alarm and after a few questions potential solution identified. Arrangements made for the following day to attend property. Problem identified and resolved in less that 24 hours.   Old alarm company closed down, needed a new alarm system

  James from JCL Fire & Security came out to look at the work needed, where others had gone big quotes and waits for fitting James came to my wife and I on Thursday 1st May, we were advised to upgrade and the system James offered us was really good. We have an App on phone, James also has access in case of a problem. Overall an amazing job, at night the outside cover lights up to let people know its on. The following day Friday 2nd May James arrived and fitted alarm for us.

  Alarm supply and installation

  We were having issues with our alarm going off intermittently, keypad was faded and keys hard to press. Following a recommendation we contacted James for a quote. He made visit and inspected system, advised the alarm was dated, faulty and needed upgrading. Disabled at the time, thankfully, to prevent unwanted alarm during the night. Sent quote same evening. On the day he was prompt, professional, tidy and completed the installation. He explained clearly the functions and even installed the new phone app where alarm could be controlled remotely. Very happy customer and would recommend him.
