  So pleased with my CCTV installation. James was polite, turned up when he said he would, and did a really tidy job. James took the time to talk me through everything and made sure I was happy with the camera positions. The picture quality is amazing and I feel much safer at home now. Would 100% use again.

  Intruder alarm

  James recently serviced our home intruder alarm system, and I couldn't be more impressed. He arrived right on time, worked efficiently throughout, and was incredibly thorough. What really stood out was how clearly he politely explained everything, making sure I fully understood the system before he left.   Two fire alarms fitted

  Replied really quickly and came around the same day to sort the issue. Weve used them before for a burglar alarm and both times sorted everything quickly and great communication. Fitted the fire alarms and took the time to explain how the new system worked. Will use again!

  JCL - A wonderful experience!

  JCL Fire & Security Services (James) have just completed an upgrade to our home alarm system, upgrading it with cameras, outside lighting and video doorbell. I cannot speak highly enough of the standard of work and level of service received from James... friendly, efficient, tidy... and all features of our new system fully explained in depth upon completion.   Security upgrade with minimum hassle

  Very pleased with the service provided after my elderly alarm started to malfunction. James came out within days and explained the options and costs involved, and I decided to go ahead with an upgrade. The work was carried out quickly and with minimum disruption by James and a colleague. They were both very polite and I was comfortable having them in my home.
