  Tree & Bush surgery

  We used Roberts Tree Care to reduce the height of an overgrown tree and bush in our garden. Ben discussed with us how best it would be to achieve our requirements and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. In previous years we have undertaken this task ourselves but now realise it is much better to use a professional which Ben most certainly is.

  Removal of Wasps nest

  Bryan responded to my request on the same day and removed the wasps nest. The following day there was no sign of any returning wasps. A job very well done for what I believed to be a reasonable price.

  Water leak to bathroom ceiling

  Gary responded quickly to a request to investigate the source of a severe leak which had come through the bathroom ceiling. Having identified the problem he immediately carried out the necessary repairs without causing any further damage.

  Replacement Back Door

  Excellent service. The guys who fitted were a pleasure to have in my house and carried out the work in a very professional manner. The locking mechanism was not what I expected but this was replaced to ensure my satisfaction. I would not hesitate in using Kestrel for any future works and would recommend them to others.

  Re-plastered part of kitchen ceiling following water leak.

  Jonathan carried out the required works to a very high standard. He was extremely professional and passionate about his work. He made it a priority to minimise any disruption and his tidiness and cleanliness could not be faulted. Jonathan is extremely polite and courteous and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. We would also like to mention Tracy for all the help she provided with the administrative support.

  Fitted new kitchen tap and detected and repaired leaking pipe above kitchen ceiling.

  Vince was very professional. He was exceptionally polite and fully explained everything he did. We now have a kitchen tap that no longer drips and water no longer comes through the ceiling - hooray!! He was extremely tidy and we would highly recommend him.
