We had our French doors installed by kestrel at the beginning of may. The team are so friendly and professional. From Kes coming over to show us our options, Pete and Mark in the office for any queries and then the guys who installed it. All brilliant! The company were fantastic from the moment we spoke regarding new French doors, they were clear and concise when speaking to us and always kept in touch. The process from start to finish was very smooth. Order placed. Date for installation was agreed. The team were punctual, very polite. Kept us informed throughout the installation. No pushy sales. Business owner quoted job in person. We were left delighted. The company did two doors for us a year ago. There was a fault with one. When we reported it the problem was solved asap. No quibble. Even the best companies get things wrong sometimes. Job location: ME19Reliable company- whole process from quote to finish was smooth- turned up when they said they would and did a great job. Went out of their way to offer guidance. Lads on site were hard working and fun and cleared up before they left. Second time I have used them and they don’t disappoint- would highly recommend them.
