  Central heating servicing

  Martin of Hocu gave our boiler a very thorough service and provided helpful advice to our various questions. I would highly recommend Hocu, both the major upgrade they undrtook to our central heating system last year and for the recent service.

  Impeccable service

  HOCU Plumbing & Heating Ltd installed 3 lovely black radiators into my home on Monday, alongside white radiators too. From start to finish the experience was good. Their standard of work is impeccable. I am always happy to recommend them.

  Efficient and helpful company

  Excellent company. Communication was good from the start . Very helpful from initial communication to conclusion of the job. The work (installation of a replacement shower including repair to tiling as well as installation of a new towel rail,)was carried out carefully and efficiently with no disruption to household and is visually very pleasing. Rooms were left in a tidy state. Polite and pleasant engineers.

  Repaired boiler which was leaking water

  I had to get my boiler fixed as it was leaking water, I called few engineers, some gave me quotes and kept on changing the appointment date and some didn't even bother replying my messages. I called HOCU and spoke to their receptionist and she said send me pictures of the boiler and I will send it to the engineer and he will contact you. I thought it was going to be one of those but that was not the case, they gave me a quote and explained everything to me and came by the following day and fix the boiler. They are very professionals and I will use them again and I will also recommend them

  Gas Boiler Service & Repair

  Having had two recent faults on our central heating system, they were able to come and fix them both in a timely and efficient manner. Their prices were very fair with no hidden costs, and their engineers on both occasions were polite and professional. The communication with their office was equally efficient and understanding of our problems. The most recent call out was with a leaking hot water pipe that was causing much concern; I couldn't have been happier with their response.
