  Installation of new Worcester Bosch Combi boiler.

  Used them before for minor gas job. The boiler installation was done on time and the workmanship first rate. Would certainly use again and recommend to others.

  Gas Boiler Service & Repair

  Having had two recent faults on our central heating system, they were able to come and fix them both in a timely and efficient manner. Their prices were very fair with no hidden costs, and their engineers on both occasions were polite and professional. The communication with their office was equally efficient and understanding of our problems. The most recent call out was with a leaking hot water pipe that was causing much concern; I couldn't have been happier with their response.

  Boiler replacement

  Vince did a thorough survey of the house regarding heat loss and water pressures. He then advised me of various options, answering any questions that I had. The installation was done on time, to schedule and left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Martin worked so hard with few breaks and was very professional and conscientious. Nothing was too much trouble and he made sure that I knew how everything works before leaving.

  Boiler service

  HOCU completed our first annual boiler service after installing the boiler last year and again we are very happy with the service received. It was both quick and easy to get a date booked in to complete the work. A quote for the service was given prior to the work being completed and was the price we paid on the day so no nasty surprises. The engineer arrived promptly at the agreed time and was both friendly and tidy in completing the work. Thank you again HOCU 😊

  Replacement Boiler

  Great service from Vincent and his team for Gas Boiler replacement. From the initial meeting Vincent clearly explained the different options available, from simple like for like replacement to a more efficient alternative. Once agreed the new Boiler and system changes were completed a week later. The 2 engineers were very professional, hardly knew they were there. They kept everything tidy and the installation was immaculate. New system is up and running without issues, and already seeing some savings to daily gas usage/cost.
