This local company provides unrivalled quality of service. They are quick to respond to emergencies, their yearly boiler service is very thorough and their prices are reasonable. We've employed a number of heating companies over the years and none of them come anywhere near HOCU for friendliness and extreme professionalism. I place all my plumbing and repair work with HOCU. Such an efficient company. I have complete trust in their entire operation. Very courteous and good value. They recently installed a new water cylinder in our loft. Everything went really well and it freed up space in our upstairs cupboard. Excellent company. Communication was good from the start . Very helpful from initial communication to conclusion of the job. The work (installation of a replacement shower including repair to tiling as well as installation of a new towel rail,)was carried out carefully and efficiently with no disruption to household and is visually very pleasing.
