  Squirrel issue

  Brian responded quickly to our initial enquiry. He came out the next day and was able to identify that it was squirrels in the loft and dealt successfully with it. Excellent communication and a good job done. Would recommend.

  Mice removal

  Brian did a great job at removing mice and making sure they didn’t come back. I called Brian in a panic about 6pm on the day as soon as I found them and he managed to fit me in at 8am the next day. He was really knowledgable and explained everything he was doing, giving me lots of advice as well which was appreciated. He came back again a couple weeks later. Since the treatment was finished I have seen no evidence of any more mice. I’d definitely recommend Tower.

  Efficient, knowledgeable tradesman - would recommend

  Brian dealt with our mice problem over two visits. He laid bait stations and plugged lots of suspected entry holes explaining to us everything as he was doing it. He arrived on time after texting to tell us his ETA and was polite, considerate, friendly and very efficient as well as giving us useful advice. We considered the price to be a fair We would have no hesitation in recommending him

  Squirrels in loft

  Brian was committed to getting the job done. It took a few goes to find out where they were in the roof and how they were getting in. But Brian kept coming back and trying new things until the job was done - all at no additional cost.

  Pest Control - Rats

  I saw a rat in our garden shed. Brian was on site within a few hours and did a fantastic job. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave a very clear explanation of what he was going to do, when he would be back and what he expected to see on his return visit. He had been again today, explained thoroughly and given advice. Couldn’t ask for a better service.
