  Leaking soil pipe in the roof.

  A difficult location but all the work was carried out with care. All necessary equipment brought to the job even though I had only sent pictures. Very friendly and tidy.

  Boiler Service

  Sam arrived on time and went straight to work servicing my boiler which is in the roof. He was efficient and tidy and explained to me what he was doing while working but also went through the work when he had finished. I highly recommend Sam and will be booking him in for my boiler service next year.

  Sliding door locking mechanism mended.

  The Rockhoppers who came to fix the door were very professional and friendly. They came very quickly and communicated when they would arrive. They had to open and secure a sliding backdoor. They needed a new part and explained why they needed it and how much it would likely cost. They came back with the part, keeping me informed of the cost and their arrival time. They also fixed a squeaky front door without being asked. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

  Replacing the end of my guttering

  Excellent service. Very quick response and completed work in the pouring rain. Came back when asked very quickly and cleared out blockage in my guttering.

  Loft ladder

  I am so pleased with my wooden loft ladder. Paul and Darren arrived on time and the communication was excellent. The workmanship was highly professional and everything was tidied up afterwards. I absolutely recommend them.
