  Dave did an excellent job replacing our broken lock. He was very quick to respond to the initial call and was very friendly throughout. He also clearly explained every part of the job beforehand so we understood what he was doing. I would highly recommend him to anyone in this area

  I was just about to break a window to get back into the house when along came Mr Penguin with all his gadgets and gizmos. Before you could say fish finger sandwiches he had the front door unlocked. Excellent communication and great service.
