  Dave is amazing!! Such prompt and helpful service, I called off the back of a neighbour recommending Rockhopper and so glad I did, sorted our door in under five mins and even dropped me back off at an appointment so I wasn’t late!! Such a gent 10/10 recommend!!

  Wow! Rockhopper Locks in Farnborough have restored my faith in humanity and customer service. I had a problem with my door lock and from my initial phone call, Dave turned up within 15 minutes equipped with tools and replacement lock. It wasn't straight forward due to the old lock jamming, but he managed to rectify the problem. I highly recommend . Thanks Dave.

  Dave from Rockhopper Locks is excellent

  Dave from Rockhopper previously changed the locks for us 3 years ago when we moved into a new place so he was top of the list when we had an issue with a door because he did excellent work for us back then. We had a problem with the front door not locking. Dave visited the same day, showed us that it was something sticking out that was stopping the door from locking. Pushed it back into place, didn’t charge us a penny. We really appreciate his good humour and honesty! Whenever we need any work done, we will be using Dave *and* recommending him to everyone we know. Top man!

  Dave is incredibly professional, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We’ve had him out twice now, once when I was locked in (jammed lock) and once when I was locked out (lost keys)! Each time, he arrived promptly, knew exactly what to do, and made a stressful situation easy. We honestly can’t recommend him enough, there’s no one else we’d rather use now.

  Really Really Good Service

  Superb service! I locked myself out at 7am leaving for work. After one phone call Dave was at my place within 15 minutes. Got straight to it, knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed. Had some issues with the high security lock so ended up just replacing it. Clean professional job and cleaned up the mess. Reasonable price and would highly recommend.

  In a word - awesome. Prompt response, clear explanation and demonstration of the fault and repair requirements, quote prior to works, job completed very well, and some additional support for a couple of window latches also. Impressed.
