  Right from the start of meeting Sam , he was very professional, friendly, reliable and trustworthy. His work was excellent, explaining what he was going to do each day and when his work was finished left everything clean and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend him.

  Sam was excellent as ever. He responded quickly to my enquiry and worked efficiently to replace our leaking washing machine valve and internal / external waste pipes. He is always polite, friendly and we trust him for all our plumbing and heating works.

  Sam responded quickly to my message requesting a boiler service and was able to give me an appointment quickly. He kept me in touch with his arrival time and was punctual. He got straight in with the job and took time to do a thorough service. He was tidy and careful, friendly and helpfully explained what he had done.
