  50 year facelift

  Our house was built in 1975 and 50 years on the loft insulation needed replacing. Found Surrey Lofts on Checkatrade and called Paul in. He quoted. We accepted and along with two colleagues he carried out the work promptly and to our entire satisfaction leaving the house neat and tidy.

  We had 20 square metres of our loft boarded, and the result far exceeded our expectations. We’d originally considered doing the job ourselves, but we’re so glad we didn’t — we could never have matched the quality of their workmanship. The boards were installed on stilts to protect the insulation, and the new floor is perfectly level and feels incredibly solid. I’m even tempted to get the old Hornby train set out! They left absolutely no mess inside or outside. They arrived promptly at 7:45 and were finished by lunchtime. Highly recommended.

  Paul, from Surrey Loft Installations gave us a comprehensive estimate for the work required which we deemed reasonable and good value. The work was then carried out within 2 weeks of the estimate to a very good standard. The guys cleared up after themselves and we are very pleased with the end result. Happy to recommend to anyone thinking of insulating, boarding or installing loft ladder.

  Early risers who did a good job

  I requested quotes from different companies for a loft clearance and boarding. While there were others that were cheaper I felt that I would get a better outcome from Paul. I am pleased with the job that was done and the fact that they considered potential disruption and used a cover to cover the stair carpet. I would recommend their services and have already had them back to do further work.

Surrey Lofts have been terrific - from the initial survey and advice, to arranging a fitting date and undertaking the work to a fantastic standard. Great communication and very friendly team with all work completed in one day. We are very, very happy with end result and can highly recommend Paul, Darren and Mario to anyone else thinking of having their loft boarded.

  Surrey Lofts are both professional and punctual

  Recent Surrey Lofts installed a loft ladder for us. From the initial contact the company was quick to respond and provided details of costs and installation date. On the day of the installation the company arrived promptly and the work was carried out as per the specification. They covered the floor with dust mats as the loft space was to be made wider. Everything was left tidy and for a little extra they installed a loft light which is extremely useful. I would recommend the company and will be using them again in 2026 for additional work in the loft space
