  Smell from the drain

  I have a booked plumber for find out about smell coming out of the drain. Initially I thought it was pipe work under the sink. But after proper investigation, Gareth find out that the smell coming out of the wrong connection behind the toilet seat. Gareth was punctual, polite and friendly. Highly recommend him and definitely use in the future, if needed.

  Fitted a shower holder for an aqualisa unit

  Called and asked about further details and gave a quote over the phone. Arranged a visit within the next couple of days over the phone with a rough time of arrival. Arrived towards the end of the agreed slot. Happy to wear boot covers on carpet. Thorough investigation of the shower and found the issue quickly. Replaced the part. Cleaned the shower of any mess created after he finished.

  New washing machine not installed properly. Used this company to resolve.

  A hurried installation by the 'engineer' who delivered a new washing machine meant it didn't work for its inaugural test! Thankfully, Gareth was on hand within 20m (in the evening) to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem. Really appreciate the prompt and professional service. Will definitley use again.

  Leak quickly repaired.

  We discovered a leak above our kitchen. Gareth arrived within 1/2 hour of us calling him. He quickly discovered the reason for the leak was where old imperial piping had been connected to metric piping. As it was a Saturday afternoon it was a quick trip to a local hardware store to find the necessary adapter. All completed highly efficiently. This is not the first time Gareth has saved the day for us.
