  Incredibly disappointed - a highly unprofessional outfit

  Whilst servicing the boiler, the engineer made a number of personal phone calls in which he was profusely swearing loudly. Not ideal given my husband was at home on meetings all day. The Plumr engineer flagged as part of the service that the gas valve on our new Bosch boiler was faulty. Having waited in all day for the Bosch engineer to attend, the Bosch engineer couldn't find any fault at all in the gas valve and couldn't for the life of him imagine what the Plumr was thinking. I emailed a complaint to the owner of the company but she ignored it.

  Back door handle replacement

  Excellent, speedy communication from the quote to coming to fit replacement door handle the next day. Sonny kept me updated on the day of fitting the handle as to what time he would be with me. He got the job completed quickly and to a high standard. Thank you so much.

  Replacing entire soil stack and waste removal

  This is the second time that we have used JF Drainage Solutions, and as before we have been very impressed with this company. Their quote was incredibly competitive and they arrived bang on time and carried out the work very efficiently, swiftly and professionally. They also tidied up thoroughly before leaving. Had very quick and helpful responses whenever I was in contact with them. Would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

  A fantastic company to work with from beginning to end. Vlasti was incredibly professional, replying promptly and helpfully to all our queries. We sourced the materials ourselves and Carsons were very understanding when we experienced delivery delays on the side of the retailer we bought the from. We were incredibly pleased with the work that Mariusz did laying the flooring - he was very friendly, helpful, courteous and polite. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carsons and will definitely use them again.
