Carsons are well organised and expert in the wood flooring field. They are "right" priced. The quality of service is excellent - work done at agreed times to high standard. The technician was efficient, polite and cheerful. The equipment used to sand was astonishingly clean leaving almost no dust. The colour match with remaining old flooring could not have been closer. We are delighted with the outcome. Carsons installed engineered wood cladding on staircase and corridors for us eight years ago - it remains in immaculate condition. Truly exceptional. We contacted Carsons when our builders did a bad job of oiling our parquet floor. Vlasti and Huw scheduled the work quickly without issue to enable us to meet our dates. Huw advised us on the best finish. Johnny did an excellent job of the work and was unbelievably considerate, keeping us updated of everything he had done / was going to do next (he even messaged us to make sure we had got lunch before he started on the kitchen floor!).
