  CCTV drain survey and repair to surface water pipe

  We got him round for a CCTV drain survey, the report was thorough and laid out clear next steps. We then instructed him for repair work to our surface water pipe, I was really impressed with how efficiently he repaired the pipe, the quality of the concrete floor he laid over the drain and that he left the area clean and tidy

  I found Joel very helpful. He communicated well with me, explaining the drainage survey and gave other useful suggestions about the state of another soil pipe which was not even part of his work. He later presented a comprehensive report with photos & videos. JF Drainage Solutions has excellent customer service and competitive fees - Highly recommended.

  Quality drainage firm

  Needed to lower an external gulley and pipework to stop a longstanding issue where a long kitchen waste run and slight uphill gradient were causing a gradual blocking of our kitchen waste pipe over time. Joel offered a fair quote and explained fully the approach. The work was done as outlined and I was v happy at the effort made to ensure it was a good job; it involved a lot of concrete removal to lower the pipework before anything could be done. The kitchen wastepipe now empties incredibly quickly and the area has been made good. I'm v pleased and I can thoroughly recommend Joel and Tom.

  Drain CCTV and Clearance

  Joel performed a CCTV survey and subsequent clearance of our drains. Him and his colleague were punctual, efficient and very respectful of the property. They got the job done to a high standard with minimal disruption. He also took the time to answer a few questions I had weeks after the job about another part of the bathroom and provided some welcome advice. Would definitely recommend.

  Unblocking drain

  Recommended. Joel responded very quickly to my request for a quote (on a Sunday!) to clear a blocked drain. It was a good price with an offer to attend the next day. He and his colleague arrived promptly at the expected time the following afternoon. They did the job quickly and efficiently, with no mess and no fuss. 5 stars!
