The Plumr team were very thorough. They offered expert advice during the initial assessment of the boiler and recommended installation of a new one, for both safety and efficiency. Very happy with the service. The engineer was on time, polite and informative about the condition of the boiler. He also took a quick look at a radiator and got it working without charging for this.
