  Chimney Reflaunching and Repointing

  I was conned by this company! The person that came out to was well presented, however this is likely a tactic to prey on people. The person that came to do the job didn’t know what they were here to do and didn’t speak much English so I was trying to explain what the person that quoted said to me weeks before. A damp patch appeared on the chimney breast where there was no damp previously. When I asked them to come out again they told me the problem was new and tried to quote me £1,560. I paid £1,920 before.

  The team were great. The job was easy to organise and they came and viewed the tank before the work as I wasn’t sure if it was still connected, so very helpful. The job was done quickly and with no fuss.

  I’m really happy with the way this turned out. They came and sorted out a quote for me really quickly and completed the work to a high standard. They kept me informed all the way through the job. I need to get my driveway redone at some point in the future and I’ll happily call Dean again.

  Fence Installation

  We recently had Stonewood install a new fence for us, and they've done a spectacular job! Ryan came and quoted for the work, and he offered us really good advice and really helped me pick a style that worked for us and our garden. He came and did the job to a great standard, and while he was working, he encountered a minor issue which meant he had to change tact slightly. He came and asked permission to do this too, and the end result was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better job!

  The work was done well and the person that came to speak to us about the work was very well presented and seemed to know what they were talking about. I was a bit disappointed when it came to booking the job in though as it wasn't clear at the time whether they were booking in someone to do the work or booking someone to reassess so I wasn't sure what to expect on the day. There was also a bit of a language barrier between myself and the person that did the work, which made answering their questions and asking questions myself difficult.

  We asked Richie to come and fill in a gap in our house where birds had been nesting earlier in the year. Richie gave us a good price for the work and knew exactly what he was doing, he came and did the job very quickly and was a pleasure to be around. He even came back to check the expanding foam had set properly and clean
