9.67 Urgent roof repair

The team were knowledgeable and quick to identify the leak, which was sorted quickly. I’d also been thinking about getting the guttering at the back of the house done not urgent, but they gave a fair quote and got it booked in. Mansor, who I spoke to on the phone, really understood the urgency, was empathetic, and followed up promptly. Overall, a smooth and efficient service from start to finish at a fair price. 4 Chimney Reflaunching and Repointing

I was conned by this company! The person that came out to was well presented, however this is likely a tactic to prey on people. The person that came to do the job didn’t know what they were here to do and didn’t speak much English so I was trying to explain what the person that quoted said to me weeks before. A damp patch appeared on the chimney breast where there was no damp previously. When I asked them to come out again they told me the problem was new and tried to quote me £1,560. Came by the give us a quote and gave us a competitive price compared to others we talked to. 6.25 Reflaunching of Chimney and Fixing guttering

The work was done well and the person that came to speak to us about the work was very well presented and seemed to know what they were talking about. I was a bit disappointed when it came to booking the job in though as it wasn't clear at the time whether they were booking in someone to do the work or booking someone to reassess so I wasn't sure what to expect on the day. There was also a bit of a language barrier between myself and the person that did the work, which made answering their questions and asking questions myself difficult.Verified reviewerJob location: CM23
