  Ollie and Henry did a great job today. They arrived on time, did a first class installation and kept me informed all day. They cleared up when the job was complete and all was made good. 0800 Homefix are not the cheapest, but I have always found their work and communication to be of a very high standard.

  While it was my tenant who received Lee, he did give me a call to discuss the best course of action which was appreciated. The tenant said that she was notified when Lee was on his way, arrived on time and completed the job properly. On the phone, Lee was polite and explained everything clearly.

  We asked them to do an assessment of some ongoing plumbing issues we've been having, and they sent us James, who very quickly did a site review and clearly explained how best to tackle the issues. We can now sleep at night, and we'd definitely use them again.
