  I was very happy with the prompt, friendly and professional service. I had a suspected gas leak and a technician came round on the same day for a thorough inspection. I unreservedly recommend them.

  Blocked pipes Disappointed with Pricing and Transparency

  I chose this company via Checkatrade expecting clear, fair pricing. We were quoted £144 (inc. VAT) for an hour’s work, but after 30 minutes were told it would cost more. A revised quote of £462 was given — on top of the £144 — bringing the total to £606 just to clear some blocked pipes, far more than a previous quote from another provider. Despite calling to raise concerns, only a small discount was offered. I was never told the quote would be fixed, and it only took another 45 minutes to finish the job. The additional cost was overpriced but we had little choice but to proceed.
