  Chaotic, unsafe, and deeply unprofessional. Avoid.

  Avoid. What should have been a bathroom renovation became months of chaos due to poor management. The project manager admitted he couldn’t keep track of jobs, forgot what I’d requested, and gave me 24 hours to choose everything at B&Q. An agency builder he hired butchered my home, caused leaks, covered walls and carpets in black grout, and made me feel unsafe after a shouting match inside my property. I was pressured for payment before completion, blamed for their mistakes, promised cleaners and compensation, then ignored once paid. The bathroom looks good now, but it was not worth the stress.

  Had a Boiler Installation done with this company. Engineer was on time and professional in everything he did and dealt with barriers with ease. Took time to explain the product once completed and gave me plenty of time to answer any questions. I would wholly recommend this company to anyone else.

  Wonderful service from start to finish! The engineers were friendly, helpful and supportive too - definitely recommend for someone getting a boiler sorted for the first time

  Disappointing experience overall.

  Booked an electrician via Checkatrade with an agreed 8–10am arrival window. On the I had to chase the company at 9:30am. After the call, i received a text to say the engineer was delayed. He arrived at 11:35am. The job completed at 1.15pm and I was asked to pay for two additional hours. I queried the invoice due to the delay. While the invoice was still under dispute, I received threats of debt collection and legal action. A small goodwill reduction was applied, but it did not reflect the inconvenience or time lost. I have paid to close the matter but will not use this company again.
