  Marcelo was very kind, efficient and on time. He kept me fully informed of what he was doing and what faults there were with the boiler. He managed to get the boiler going again, but it may need more parts replaced in the future. I would recommend this company.

  We requested help with our shower. It was not providing hot water. It started well. The booking process was easy and the plumber was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to fix the issue quickly. I left a positive review as I was asked to scan the QR code for this when he left. However, about an hour later we noticed water on the bathroom floor and then water coming through the ceiling by the light fitting. We fixed this promptly ourselves and my partner tightened up a loose valve left that way by the plumber. We complained but were told we should have recalled and we now won’t have warranty
