  Doubled charged for the same job

  They replaced taps that were worn. Appeared to have done a good job nice chap tidy. However found that we had a leak so paid the company to come out and the plumber that attended asked who fitted that taps to which I said your company did. The taps were leaking at the base so were either not fitted tight enough or not sealed. The plumber refitted them and the leak was fixed. However we were still charged and I’ve been trying to discuss this with the company but they have avoided my calls and emails. So we were charged twice for the same job. Really angry and disappointed don’t use them.

  Fix a leak

  So this outfit exploit single women on their own. First responders to a leaking pipe (red flag no.1), came spent the first hour I paid upfront looking at the leaking pipe. Randomly asked where my water cylinder was. The plumber went up into the loft, came down with a pic of a corroded pipe. Told me this urgently needed changing. I agreed. He fixed the leak under the sink, popped back up to do the coroded pipe in the loft, walked round with the rubbish bag and left. I go to sort out the loft and the corroded pipe is still there. They robbed me! £426! Avoid at all cost.

  Could not praise highly enough. Holly in the office, James the primary plumber, and Neil with is expertise were all very professional, excellent communication and very mindful of being in someone's home; tidy and respectful. At every moment we were included and informed.

  John was very professional, efficient and kind. Not only did John communicate effectively throughout, including his expected arrival time, John was also proactive and thoroughly checked everything and caught some cracks we didn’t notice before it got worse. John arrived on time and finished everything within the 2hr appointment. The booking itself was taken by Charlotte, who was helpful, friendly and efficient as all the times I've corresponded with her. I enquired about servicing my boiler on Tuesday and it was all sorted by Friday.
