  Laying lawn, new garden path and installing planters

  Competitively priced and reliable. They turned up when they said they would, did exactly what was agreed within the quoted budget and timescale, and were polite, punctual and tidy throughout. My garden looks great. After some awful recent experiences with landscapers, this was a very welcome change. Highly recommended.

  Sorting out external door

  Absolutely brilliant. He arrived promptly and fixed what several others had written off as an impossible job. We were told we’d need a whole new door and frame—costing well over a grand—but he had our existing door sorted in about 15 minutes. Then, in another five, he sorted a second door too. Saved us a fortune. He’s genuinely a door whisperer. Highly, highly recommend.

  Toilet valve issue

  Our toilet fill valve is dripping, meaning the cistern fills and the excess flows out an overspill pipe onto the patio. We asked Billy to fix the dripping. He stated the issue was with the valve, which he replaced. However, the next day, the dripping was worse. He came back confirming that the issue wasn't resolved and that he had installed a faulty valve. He said he would return again to fix it. That was the last we've heard from him despite repeated attempts to contact him. We have phoned and messaged him 17 times over a period of two weeks.

  Pros - The work was done to a reasonable standard. - Dion is quite pleasant. Cons - It massively overran. - Dion is a poor communicator & I spent a lot of time chasing him and problem solving. - They didn’t protect my new wood floor & damaged it. It was repaired at my insistence, but the whole thing could have been avoided with a bit of care & common sense. - No attention to detail. Sockets were still hanging loose when Dion requested payment. - I had to chase for weeks to get information on my underfloor heating. Still not sure it’s set up properly.

  Fitting engineered wood flooring over underfloor heating

  Nathan is great. He was really lovely, courteous and polite. We’re having quite a bit of work done and timings were all over the place, but he was really flexible and accommodating. Most importantly, the work was done extremely efficiently and to a high standard. Will definitely use him again if we have any carpentry related work. Highly recommend.
