  Bathroom shower repair

  Billy came round to fix our shower. He initially said he could do the job quickly but instead spent most of the day trying to remove a part. He then fitted a new shower pump incorrectly. When we paid him in full with his promise that he would return to complete the job we never heard from him again. He could not be reached by phone, through the Checkatrade chat site, nor via messaging. Basically he had taken our money, done a really bad job incomplete, and blocked us from contacting him. An utter con. Please do not use him. Anyone who knows him let me know.

  Very quick and efficient service.

  Billy responded immediately I posted my job on Checkatrade. He agreed a date and price. He turned up on time, with a colleague and they set about removing and installing a new shower pump. We have been without one for months! He was polite, friendly, kind and both him and Zack checked everything was working and tidied up nicely. I have a further job which he has agreed to come back and complete. I look forward to his return. Very nice young man.

  Found this company on check a trader phoned at 4pm Billy came round quoted job done by 6pm I had a radiator fitted in the hall way…wow o wow what a great service thank you so much will defiantly recommend …

  Billy was excellent! his communication, upfront pricing, called to check through my questions briefly and turned up within four hours! (non emergency but he was coming last the area!) he was so fast and within minutes onto the first job. I cannot tell you how fantastic it is to double flush again and have sinks that drain FAST! Including removal of one toothbrush head which was blocking the sink ! I would highly recommend this talented young and friendly gentleman.
