10 Emergency repair - excellent work

We needed a broken patio door fixing - the consensus was it was a problem with the lock....we did intend to use a locksmith but having used Dean previously and been very happy with his work we contacted him again and he came round as soon as he could. He investigated it thoroughly and noticed the door was slightly off. He removed the patio door and found the issue wasnt the lock it was a small part at the bottom of the door which meant the lock wasnt aligned correctly, so he saved me a fortune getting a locksmith out, he returned within 48hrs to fix the issue and the Patio is now perfect.Verified reviewerJob location: CR510 Door lock repair

Dean was quick to visit & identify the problem, order the right parts and arrange to visit and fix the door. There were complications but he persevered and overcame the challenges.
