  Dean did an excellent job replacing our living room bay window. He was careful not to damage the new parquet floor, using protective sheeting throughout. He also helped us choose a replacement that matched the rest of the house. During the work, issues with the underlying wall were found and kindly resolved by Dean and his team. We hoped to reuse our fitted wooden shutters, but they didn’t initially fit due to a frame depth difference. Dean carefully planed them down until they did. I’m very pleased with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to contact Dean again.

  Dean called and waited for 10 mins for me to provide access. He promptly bought parts and fixed it within 2 hours. Goode service and very knowledgeable.

  UPVC Window not closing properly
