  Extension by FBS London Ltd

  Dion and his team carried out a side extension, garage conversion, new garage, new roof for us. The work started when planned Sept 2025, The work was carried out to a very high standard and we were kept informed of all aspects throughout the project, they were extremely reliable someone was working on the project everyday, always contacted us if they were going to be late. The quote was very reasonable and was on budget, the final payment was not required until we were happy with all the work. We would definitely use them again for any future work and highly recommend them.

  Cottage kitchen renovation

  Dion and his team were fantastic and we highly recommend them. Our project involved ripping out an old kitchen and structural changes like removing a chimney, adding a new arched doorway, digging down for underfloor heating, and widening two supporting walls. The team followed the timelines and Dion was incredible responsive along the way. everyone on site was a pleasure to deal with. A reliable building team with reasonable prices, hard to find these days.

  Excellent team

  Dion and his team renovated our son's bedroom. We live in an older house so it wasn't just a straightforward redecoration. They had to add in spotlights, replaster, rewire, add in new electric plates, redecorate and move the radiator. We dealt with 5 members of Dion's team across the trades and everyone was friendly and professional. We had issues hanging the radiator as it was heavy but Dion and his plumber solved this and it looks brilliant. I'd have no hesitation recommending FBS.

  House renovation

  Dion and his team are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The team reconfigured our inside and outside patio to make our family home more open and flow better.
