  Did not oversell, gave fair accurate assessment and fair price, did not nickel and dime, when cost over ran, offered to accept the lower quote but I felt that the job delivered was worth the extra.,would hire him again.

  Vent a closed fireplace and put in decor surround

  Good advice, went to the house to check out the place, gave options and did not just do max work for max profit. It is a rental property and advised not to put in fireplace for liability and maintenance. Job well done, looks very good. Clean.

  Toilet with saniflo not working

  Prompt reply, went to the flat, tenant reported the job was done well and clean. Was charged call out to assess the job, normally I expect this charge waived if the job proceeds, but this was not the case. If this is the standard of practice, so be it. Said he would send me pictures of the saniflo that burnt out in case this was an issue with the tenant, but he did give me a verbal report, the motor burnt out, so not the tenants misuse. Overall I am satisfied with the job done-it is working. No details of job guaranty.
