  Saidi turned up on time. Fully explained what had gone wrong, what parts were needed and how he was going to fix it in plain language, no professional jargon used. He fixed the washing machine tidy up after himself. Highly recommend him

  Quoted £80 for a "total fix", and told me 8am-12pm Sunday morning. Waited all morning without any communication. Sent him a message just after midday asking if he's coming, and he responded 20 minutes later with no greeting or apology, just "am on my way". The machine was not fixed, we AGREED a lower price as I would've had to order a part that I decided to fit myself, saving him another trip, and this wasn't the total fix he quoted. A few days later he messaged me asking for the full £80. Took some haggling and debate to bring him down to £60. Just be honest and communicative from the start!
