    Did not fix my heat pump, declared the problem resolved, then demanded money. Only offered to come out again when pressed. Didn't actually seem bothered about repairing the heat pump and said I was paying for an "investigation" of the problem.

    Moving a urinal drain pipe across bathroom to another drain. All surface mounted.

    He turned up on time. Was organised, listened as I explained what I wanted. Asked a few questions and then got in with the job. He was quick and professional. Left the room neat and tidy snd did a superb job- tidy, straight lines. Alm pipes firmly secured to tge walk. Works perfectly.

    Toilet Flush Repair

    Two visits were required to fix a toilet (with a concealed cistern) that would sporadically try to continuously fill its tank after flushing. During the first visit the problem didn't manifest again even after multiple flushes, but the next morning it returned. The second visit involved replacing the flush valve which appears to hopefully have fixed the problem. Mizzen were fast , responsive and courteous, and the plumbers were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond as far as even trying to assist with another (non-plumbing) issue that arose whilst they were on site.
