  Fitting shower pump and shower riser kit

  Great company to work with. Having just had a disappearing plumber they came through for me and were professional, friendly, punctual and the work is of a very high standard. Charlie did pipe work, riser installation and mastic and the work is very neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend Plumb London and I will be using them again whenever I have another plumbing job. Great work, thanks guys. I’ve fallen in love with my bathroom again.

  AVOID expensive

  First I must say the office you contact to make an appointment are very polite, BUT I am afraid the prices are ridiculous Yes they were up front with the £90 call out fee + VAT but I am afraid that is where any positive comments must stop The plumber took a full hr to look at a kitchen tap Abd attemot to replace a washer in the bathroom tap( i had stated i wanted the kitchen tap replaced replaced) to say it needs replacing) the quote to then come back and replace the two taps were over £400 obviously I called them they proceeded to say it was 3 hrs to replace two taps AVOID

  Gas asafety certificate and boiler service

  Despite slots they offer are 5 hours long, engineer managed to be multiple hours late twice. Second time they didn't even bother to inform me, I had to call multiple times to find out if he is coming. Once he arrived he declared the gas hob "At risk" based on "safety device failed" and kindly offered to provide and fit a new gas hob. He said fixing existing one wasn't worth it. Based on this fault he didn't issue the certificate. I didn't catch it immediately but eventually figured out that this was an old cooker that never had a safety device and as such should be classed as "not current stan
