10 Great service, great communication

Had a boiler service carried out - overall a good service, no issues and engineer called to say when he was on his way. 9 Boiler issue

The Plumb London team were great. Par on the initital visit dig a thourough check of our boiler and heating. We were not surprised by the recommendation of a new boiler as the old one was 20+ years old. Par and Stefan took a day to completely sort everything including the new boiler, additional pipes and radiator caps. Everything was as expected from an execllent business. Job location: W11After visiting the site they gave us a detailed quote with description of the work, the list of parts and the start date. They carried out the work in a professional manner and within the time scale as promised. They cleared all the debris and removed the old boiler. No fus. Veri satisfied with the result. - SSarah G

We will simply never do work that does not need doing and offer an excellent plumbing & heating service at an affordable rate. Many of our customers have been with us years and time and time again recommend friends and colleagues to us.
They also have built up a relationship with a particular engineer who they request over and over as they are happy with the advice and work he has carried out in the past. Our criteria has always been to provide the very best service in its field and we pride our selves on a reputation won by only employing the best craftsmen and engineers available. All our operatives whether in the office or in the field provide a friendly voice/face and will do all possible to solve your plumbing and heating issues and give you peace of mind knowing that all work carried out will be of a professional standard and guaranteed.
