  Removing a gas fire and installing an electric fire

  Stuart was great from start to finish. Simplifying the process and working in partnership with us and our electrician to ensure we were set up for success - we removed a gas fire and replaced it with an electric fire. Always professional, meticulous and reliable. I’d happily recommend Stuart to anyone looking for support with their fireplace.

  Despite not being able to carry out the work they came out of their way to give us advice. even going on video to understand exactly what was going on so they could give us the best advice on what the next steps would be for us. amazing customer service. thank you Stuart!

  Signature Fires - Great service since 2019

  We’ve been using Signature Fires since 2019, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. Stuart got our old fireplace up and running a few years ago, and ever since then we’ve had Signature Fires return for annual servicing. Their pricing is fair, and Stuart and his team are fantastic to work with. In a way, Stuart feels like family—there’s simply no one else we’d trust with our fireplace. Signature Fires is our go-to provider, and we highly recommend them.

  Help with a log burner
