  Upgrade shower

  James provided a superior conversion of my shower to accommodate my needs as I disabled person. When the job turned out to be more complex than anticipated he carefully explained the options and costings to me. He was always courteous and friendly and even offered to run errands for me.

  30 days to fix my dishwasher

  Having sent a photo and description of the problem, I had hoped the engineer would arrive with the necessay parts and fit them. But no; he arrived not knowing what the problem was. There were then delays in requesting the part, I had to pay for it before it could be ordered, then delivered, then fitted only for the process to be repeated for a second part. I would have wished for better communication regarding progress and delays. I did not enjoy spending 30 days washing up by hand!

  Joe Gjurra was very helpful when quoting for the job, which he completed a couple of days later. When delayed by another emergency, he called to explain, then arrived at his revised time. Although the job turned out to be trickier than expected, he stuck to the quoted price. The installation was completed to my entire satisfaction and Joe was a very pleasant guy to deal with.

  Hopelessly uneliable. When they come the standard of work is excellent, but more often an agreed visit has not ocurred and we recieve no warning or explanation - just silence.

  Blocked outdoor drain taking waste from the kitchen.

  Came same day, quickly and effectively cleared the drain, thoroughly cleared up all the mess. Very friendly operative. Invoiced by email (no dubious cash-in-hand pactices here!).

  Replace rotted fence post

  Firstly, they (Paul) recognised that a simpler job could be done at a lower cost. Secondly, Paul undertook further work to fix a gate, on his own volition and at no additional cost. As I am disabled this is a job which I am no longer able to do myself, so I was surprised and delighted to have this dealt with on the same visit. Totally recommended.
