  New water tank

  Called James as an emergency repair was needed to my mums water tank in loft, I explained that my mum is elderly and concerned about the situation as the existing tank was close to bursting, he arrived within 2hours with a new tank and had the job completed within an hour, my mum was obviously delighted and worry free, seeing it was an emergency call out we were happy with his very reasonable charge

  Replacement of kitchen and toilet taps

  Requested a quote for replacement taps, James responded promptly with a picture and description of proposed taps which were duly fitted within a few days. Excellent service all round, will not hesitate to use James again for plumbing work

  Replacement of concealed thermostatic shower valve

  Excellent job and I would highly recommend. James talked me through the whole job and gave me a number of options, including talking me through bits of the job that I was happy to do myself. Even though the replacement part was exactly the same as before, james knowledge of the product means that are options for a higher temperature have now increased so the job feels more like an enhancement than just a replacement.

  Fixed leak from toilet

  Very efficient and helpful. They helped me with a leak from the ingress of the toilet and a drip from the stop cog.

  Replacement of faulty washing machine in tenants house

  I needed someone quickly to address a faulty washing machine in my tenants house and James called me back after missing my call. He fitted me immediately and visited the property to take a look and recommended a new washing machine be fitted. He checked the options in stock and gave me a quote for each and then picked it up and fitted the new one that afternoon. He was very professional and efficient, so is now on my speed dial for future plumbing needs.
