Exelixis Property Services Ltd installed artificial grass in my garden, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The team was professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. They prepared the ground perfectly, fitted the grass neatly, and left everything spotless afterwards. The new lawn looks amazing and completely transformed my garden. So happy with my new house extension! I don’t know much about building work, but the team from Exelixis Property Services made everything so easy to understand. The technician arrived late, poor English speaking and advised me that two parts need changing and that I should get a new appliance. I asked if he can change and he said he does not have the parts, he was driving an SUV not a van. Quote was never provided for repair. Total SCAM! Stay away! Dear Vlad B, We’re sorry you were unhappy. The engineer was delayed by heavy rain and called for directions. Parts were costly and had to be ordered after payment. The quote was sent next working day and declined. We also offered a refund but declined.
