  I had to replace my drum and AA ordered the parts and did the repair within 2 days.Was lucky the drum was available but our communication also was great.

  Faulty fridge and cooker

  I received a call on Monday after posting my job and booked in the appointment for today between 8 and 1 and I got a text message yesterday reminding me of the appointment and saying they would be arrive approximately at 8. After no one turned up I called at 8.30 and got a call back after 9 advising that the text message system was faulty and should say it’s between 8 and 1. I got a call at 12.30 from the electrician saying he was running late and would be with me by 1.30. After no show at 1.45 I texted him and said i was cancelling the appointment.
