    Engineer arrived 3 hrs late (did call 15 mins before arriving) but had texted to say 1pm. Arrived 4pm. Person who arranged job said £98 & engineer tried to charge £120. He accepted £98 when I challenged it.

    Fridge cooling system was not working.

    The concerned Fridge engineer appears to be friendly and fitted the related part in a professional manner. When he left the premises , the machine was giving a noise . When I checked , the Fridge alarm was turned on due to Shelves were not kept properly in the specific place. I changed the drawers , the alarm was turned off automatically. He was very supportive and helpful and having good communication. The job was done on time. Despite a little mistake with regard to Fridge shelves, I can recommend Domestic Appliances Solutions Ltd to friends.
