Job location: UB6I was told he would arrive at 8am on a text message the eve before but the engineer arrived at 10. On arrival he did explain that the job was on on a time slot between 8-13:00 and it was , I'm only mentioning this as others have said the engineer was late but this is not the case. The job was done to satisfaction. I would recommend.10 Washing machine repair

Job location: RM8Engineer arrived 3 hrs late (did call 15 mins before arriving) but had texted to say 1pm. Arrived 4pm. Person who arranged job said £98 & engineer tried to charge £120. He accepted £98 when I challenged it.
