Wow, what a brilliant service provided. The engineer fully explained how my drain system worked, and then told me what he was doing as he carried out his work. He was friendly, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He offered great advice, and options for the repairs, and he prioritised them. When I received the full interactive report, I was amazed at the clarity of the cctv drain footage, and the ability to understand and physically see the stages at where the repairs were recommended in the sewer system. Happy Drains came out the next day and solved our blocked foul sewer problem after four hours of work. I am very pleased with Oliver and his assistant's efforts and would have no hesitation to use them again.
