Excellent service from Rowland! I called due to a problem with the lock mechanism and booked an appointment for next day. The engineer was 2 hours late! He looked and advised of quote to change the mechanism which was very high. Then when i confirmed i would not be going ahead he asked for £49 plus VAT for quoting??!! Called the main line and all resolved. We’re sorry to hear about the delay on the day, and we understand how frustrating that can be but we take emergency jobs first and free quotes after. Our engineer attended to inspect the door and lock mechanism and provided advice based on what was found. No work was carried out, and following your call to our main office, no charge was applied for the inspection or quote and was 2 January in the morning.Considering we gave you a free quote not understand why you gave us a bad review.
