My main door lock failed to work I called quality locksmiths and Sebastian came within an hour (this was not an emergency) but he still made it a priority he showed me the problem so i could see the inside if the lock and why it no longer worked he explained it all to me and replaced my lock for me all in a swift time I cannot fault the service and Sebastian was also very helpful , polite and efficient I would certainly call him again if neededVerified reviewerJob location: SW1510 Professional friendly service

Sebastian was great. Communicated arrival time and showed up exactly when he said. He sorted out loose hinges on one door and oiled the other’s lock so everything is closing smoothly now.
