  Very quick response, I received a call within a minute of submitting the quote request, and the job was completed same day. Agreed 2-3pm, at 4pm I called as nobody had arrived and no communication received. Arrived 4.30pm and completed the work in 10 minutes but charged almost 3 times the quoted price. I appreciated the quick response but was disappointed by the sudden price change considering photos the door/lock were provided at the time of the quote.
