Good communication and attended site quickly. Had to attend twice to inspect second property and did so very quickly. Correctly identified problem as blocked main drain/stack. Job location: NW9I recently had a leak under my kitchen sink whenever the water was turned on. It was causing a big mess, but the plumber came to the rescue! They arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed it efficiently. The work was done professionally, and everything is working perfectly now—no more leaks! The plumber was friendly, explained the problem clearly, and ensured the area was clean before leaving.
