  Install water pump

  First plumber came took 9hrs, created leak, cracked pump. Second plumber came claimed no leak walked off. Called in other plumbing firm who saw leak. Leak went to below ceiling. Firm agreed to re install new pump and clear water tank from residue and airlocks. Took four different visits lots of phone calls and the price doubled plus I am facing a possible claim from owner of flat below me. They were notified of a leak on the same day but they don't work weekends.
