  Curtain rail installation and dog flap installation on kennel

  Bodgan was very polite when I requested the job to be done. And kept me up to date with when his colleague Jacob would arrive. Jacob did a wonderful job putting up the curtain rail. And installing the dog flap on the kennel. He was quick, efficient and on time.

  Underfloor heating repair

  I had called other engineers out before. No one seemed to know what was wrong with the heating system. Once I made contact with Moji he came round promptly. And took his time thoroughly inspecting the system. He then gave me advice, fixed the issues and even called back after to check if it was running ok. Moji is very professional, punctual and really cares about his customers. I have called him back since to do other plumbing jobs.

  Dismantled and removed old shed

  I had an old shed to remove. I called Charlie and his company. He came quickly to dismantle and remove the shed the next day. The only reason why I didn’t use the company to install the new shed was they were very busy. And I got a slightly cheaper quote elsewhere. Charlie and his colleague were friendly and courteous.

  Extension of concrete base and installation of new shed

  I bought a new shed which was too big for the existing concrete base. Erwin came to see what needed to be done promptly. Extended the base fairly quickly. Left it to set. And came back a few days later with his colleague to put the new shed up. I had to move some of the earth which was dug up from in front of the old base myself from off the old slab. Which wasn’t a real issue because Erwin took the earth away. He and his colleague did a good job.

  Electrical fault detection and replacing bathroom extractor fans

  We moved into a house in 2022. Some of the LED lights kept flickering, And the fuse board would cut the lights every couple of weeks. I called the Ioannis the electrician. He was kind and courteous. He told me what the issue was. Also he fitted two new bathroom extractor fans and replaced a smoke alarm. Also replaced some LED lights. We haven’t had this issue since but recently one of the lights had smoke coming out of it for a few seconds. It has now stopped working. I will have to call ioannis again to investigate further.

  Fitting a large roof window.

  I had called a few roofers to fit a roof window. It had to be done within 2 weeks . Ryan picked up straight away when I called and arranged a time. He arrived promptly. Asked for my requirements, and gave me good advice. He organised scaffolding, they were courteous and on time. The job was done reasonably well. Ryan works with a team who cleaned up well, and were friendly The window has made the house a lot brighter, where it was dark before. Only problem is since the window been fitted. It makes a awful noise and vibrates when it is being closed. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

  I called HandyFox about the above jobs. Rahul the tradesman came. He completed the job well. Was clean and tidy. Also courteous. And told me what would be done. Taz in the office is also courteous.
