Efficient fast knowledgeable clean

Good communication and attended site quickly. Had to attend twice to inspect second property and did so very quickly. Correctly identified problem as blocked main drain/stack. Price quoted to unblock was 5 times the price of Dyno-Rod so we did not proceed with any further work with this company.

The plumber was friendly, explained the problem clearly, and ensured the area was clean before leaving.
