  Washing started producing a small leak.

  Engineer came out, didn’t even pull the top of the washing machine off or pull it fully out of the space, but diagnosed it needed a new drum. Said he would need to take it away for repair. We decided to not proceed any further with the advice. We then pulled the whole machine out of the space, took the top off and saw a pipe had come unclipped. Clipped the pipe back, not had a problem since. I generally don’t think we would have seen our machine again if we had let the engineer take it away that day.

  a brilliant service. Danny arrived, asked me to describe the problem, listened to the washing machine, k new exactly what the problem was, and fixed it straight away. Danny was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and well worth the money I paid.

  Identified the problem

  The engineer came round promptly and diagnosed the source of the leak, which I am now having dealt with via my insurance. He did as much as he could and also informed me that the bearings had gone on the drum of my washing machine, which I hadn't realised. He gave clear quotations for parts and future work.
