  Fixed my washing machine

  Needed a seal repair for our washing machine, got a next day appointment and the seal was avaliable within 48 hours and fitted. Good costs forbcalk out and parts. Would recommend Domestix. Joe was a brilliant engineer.

  The engineer that came to my home to fit a neff oven door was promp, professional, friendly and very polite. He worked quickly and was very tidy. Would recommend.

  Washing Machine repair

  When called receptionists staff very friendly and helpful , Up front about call out fee and what would happen when Engineer called. Engineer turned up on time fixed the fault within 30 minutes and explained what caused issue and how to prevent further issues happening. Cleaned up and tidied up after work done . Very happy with work done.

  Dyson service and repair

  Called them for a Dyson roller head repair and clean. They disappeared or over a month. Did not fix the problem I called them for, charged me 170£. Used non original parts (after I explicitly asked them if they were going to use original Dyson parts). Posted Dyson back to the wrong address. Worst company I had to deal with in a while.

  Company responded quickly. Engaged with me before and after work carried out. Ensured any work carried out is covered under their guarantee and would not need to pay a further call out fee if same issue persisted!
