  Fan oven repair

  Had to pay 100 pounds beforehand. Turns out they cannot repair the oven as the piece they need is not produced anymore. Fair enough and nice lads, but why did I have to pay 100 pounds? Never pay anything beforehand, that is my advice

  Gavin was on time, very polite and professional focused on the fault. The part was available on his van and resulted in my oven being back in use that evening. A great job and would use Gavin again.

  Fixed my washing machine

  Needed a seal repair for our washing machine, got a next day appointment and the seal was avaliable within 48 hours and fitted. Good costs forbcalk out and parts. Would recommend Domestix. Joe was a brilliant engineer.

  Neff oven door fitted

  The engineer that came to my home to fit a neff oven door was promp, professional, friendly and very polite. He worked quickly and was very tidy. Would recommend.

  Washing Machine repair

  When called receptionists staff very friendly and helpful , Up front about call out fee and what would happen when Engineer called. Engineer turned up on time fixed the fault within 30 minutes and explained what caused issue and how to prevent further issues happening. Cleaned up and tidied up after work done . Very happy with work done.
