  Washing started producing a small leak.

  Engineer came out, didn’t even pull the top of the washing machine off or pull it fully out of the space, but diagnosed it needed a new drum. Said he would need to take it away for repair. We decided to not proceed any further with the advice. We then pulled the whole machine out of the space, took the top off and saw a pipe had come unclipped. Clipped the pipe back, not had a problem since. I generally don’t think we would have seen our machine again if we had let the engineer take it away that day.
