    Engineer gave us 1/2 an hour warning of arrival. He arrived at 8am and done an excellent job. Highly recommend this company.

    washing machine

    contacted me first thing, time arranged for later that day. Engineer arrived on time and completed repair in timely manner with part that he carried on van, but did promise if he did not have part, would order part and return within 48 hours to complete repair. So was very pleased that he had the part. Could not ask for better. Would use again.

    fridge freezer not working

    engineer attended he had been in touch with a collegue by phone who advised him if the condensor was very hot to the touch it would not be worth repairing and regassing so we will need to buy new fridgefreezer
