  Oven element replacement

  William was communicative and able to arrange to fix our oven less than 48 hours after it broke. He arrived at the arranged time and quickly had the oven working again. Very pleased and would recommend Richardsons.

  Filling hole in wall and by chimney

  Hole found between our and neighbouring property. Access cut into plasterboard. Hole filled with foam and made good. Also filled awkward space next to chimney. Really good quality work you can't even see where there was a hole in the wall. Good communication. Slight delay on start time but managed to get to us and resolve before Christmas which was much appreciated. Would use them again.

  Chimney sweeping

  George did a great job cleaning two chimneys that probably haven't been done in a decade. Through job and kept the rooms clean despite the amount of dirt they removed. Good communication in advance of the job.

  CCTV for drains

  David was professional and on time with good communication prior to the job. While David was unable to fully access our drains due to a lack of access he accessed what he could and had even got a different camera to give us the best chance of sucess. He still provided us very useful advice and information on what we can do next. I would recommend David and contact him again if I needed drain services.

  Window, flat roof and gutter clean

  Liam was great with communication and arranging the job. We are really pleased with the results and he did such a good job our neighbours hired him on the spot to do their gutter as well!
