Richardson's replied quickly to my request and attended the next day to look at my machine. They were extremely professional and helpful in exploring the cause of the machine failure. Ultimately the decision was made that we would have to replace the machine but I really felt that every option to repair the machine had been explored. I was also advised about possible issues with the new machine being fitted which was really helpful. Amazing from start to finish, dishwasher door was broken - Bill came the next day to assess the damage, ordered the parts immediately and came to fix it the day after the parts arrived. Very efficient, cost effective, quality work and lovely guy to deal with. Highly recommend and will be using again should I need to in future. Brilliant service. Requested through Checkatrade and came the next day to fish out my engagement ring which had fallen inside our washer dryer. He also fitted a new element for the machine.
