  EXCELLENT! Carshalton Stoves responded promptly to our request for a quote and were very clear about the costs involved. George and Dave were polite, professional and skilled. They carried out the work to a high standard and were super tidy. I would use again and recommend highly to others.

  We are pleased with the completed work, it was done to a high standard. Carshalton Stoves responded promptly to our request for a quote, attended the property for a site survey and provided good advice. On the day of the job, they arrived early, were professional and carried out the work smoothly.

  Capital Savonna Stove

  The marble surround and stove had moved. This was only installed in 2022 by a Hetas registered company, who has since retired. Within 24 hours of an email, Dave came and had a look to check what the issue was. A week later he came and pulled our stove out to re-set correctly. He also swept the chimney. The work took longer than he anticipated, but refused to take any extra monies. I cannot recommend Carshalton Stoves, highly enough Thank you

  I was very pleased with the service I received. George was polite and professional. He left the place clean and tidy. Dave was really helpful, let me know they were running late. He also explained that they can help source a fireplace surround and insert (I’d only booked the chimney sweep), and has since sent me the details as promised. I would use again and recommend

  Wood-burning stove installation

  Carshalton Stoves did a fantastic job installing a wood-burning stove in our living room. They provided advice on the right stove to buy and were communicative throughout the process. On the day, they arrived on time and left the room spotless after they finished. The stove and its surrounds look great. We are delighted with the experience and the end result.
