  I’m really happy with the service! EDTS was immediately available to visit and check the damping issue, which I really appreciated. Communication was very clear from the start, with a detailed quote explaining exactly what needed to be done and the cost involved. The job was completed cleanly and neatly by Lewis, and the quality of the fan is excellent — energy-saving and equipped with a sensor, which is a great bonus. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. Highly recommended! 😊

  Everton was fantastic from start to finish. He was very polite and easy to communicate with, and he arrived exactly on time. Before starting the job, he even came over for a quick visit to check everything and explain how the extractor fan installation would be done, which really gave us confidence.   Highly recommend - add a loft insulation

  Scott visited and gave clear, practical recommendations on improving the insulation and raising the loft boards, all at a very reasonable cost. Despite our tight schedule, he managed to fit us in and got the work done on time. Communication was excellent, with everything explained clearly, and I also appreciated the helpful chat about other options. He even spotted details I hadn’t thought of, such as creating a step after the board is raised to fit my original ladder and properly sealing the loft door. His work with his colleague, Craig, is professional, neat, and finished to perfection.

  Gary and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was polite, punctual, and gave a prompt, accurate quote. The finish was fantastic – roof cleaning, re-rendering, and especially the front wall repointing, which was done to an exceptional standard. Special thanks to Charlie, who worked tirelessly with full attention on the repointing. Gary also fixed issues he spotted, kept the site clean, and reported everything in detail.
