  Joe was super on the phone, quick to advise on the timeframe for sorting out my emergency and gave really clear guidelines on pricing. Within a couple of hours Dean was round and quickly and neatly replaced the leaking pipe and outdoor tap and very kindly returned to tighten the stopcock when I found that had started leaking too.
