Scott was very polite and professional. Excellent communication and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with the new loft hatch and ladder he installed for me and he took the time to demonstrate how to use it before he left. Left my property clean once work complete. Scott from the start was great at communication , responded quickly and stated from the start the breakdown of cost and works needed. A quote was given to me promptly and the date of work for it to be carried out was within a good timeframe Scott and Dale arrived on time, were professional and polite , tidy and I’m really pleased with the work carried out .
